Template terms
These are template terms for the website-building phase and will be finalized as each product goes into official operation, and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer.1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the sigotech.vn website and related products, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using the services.
2. Description of services
SigoTech is a product studio operating an ecosystem of AI, data and automation products, including:
- SigoMark — an AI SEO Content Automation platform.
- Sigory — trading analysis, backtesting and risk management tools.
- FindBase — a platform for searching Vietnamese public and business data.
- ClipViet — an automatic short-video creation platform.
- KidMingo — a controlled learn-through-play platform for children.
We may change, add to or discontinue part or all of the services at any time.
3. User accounts
When creating an account on any product, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Intellectual property
The SigoTech brand, the product names (SigoMark, Sigory, FindBase, ClipViet, KidMingo), logos, interfaces, source code and content created by SigoTech belong to SigoTech and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. User-generated / uploaded content
For products that allow you to create or upload content, you retain rights to your content and are responsible for its legality. In particular, for ClipViet:
- Users are responsible for the content they upload, including copyright of any images/video/music and product/real-estate information used.
6. Per-product disclaimers
Sigory
Sigory only provides analysis, simulation and decision-support tools. Its content is not financial or investment advice, nor a personal buy/sell recommendation. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions.FindBase
Information on FindBase is for reference and lookup support only. Users should cross-check with official portals or competent authorities before using it for legal, accounting or transactional purposes.KidMingo
KidMingo aims to help parents steer healthier screen time for children. The product makes no medical or educational guarantees and does not claim to "cure phone addiction" or "increase IQ". Results depend on how it is used and on parental involvement.7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SigoTech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an update date. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising will be resolved under applicable law.
